Shipping
Aussie Detox uses Australia Post Express Platinum Overnight Satchels* for all order shipping. All orders are shipped within 24hrs, ensuring you receive your order as quickly as possible. If necessary, Aussie Detox will use other commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Aussie Detox will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available, or there is a delay in delivery, Aussie Detox will notify its customers within 5 business days. We only ship within Australia & New Zealand.

Your order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery.
Refunds
Aussie Detox will not process refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All refund requests need to be made in writing to help@aussiedetox.com.au or arranged over the phone (08 8293 8058) within 7 days of purchase. You will be given instructions for returning the product and receiving a refund or replacement. You must return the product in its original packing material and it must be in its original condition. When we receive the product and the conditions of the returns policy have been met, you will receive a full refund or a replacement (at our cost). Refunds will be applied to the account you paid us from.

If we find that the conditions of the returns policy have not been met (for example, if the product is not defective) no refund or replacement will be provided and we will return the product to you. In the event that Aussie Detox chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.

Aussie Detox accepts payment for orders directly through its website using direct bank deposit. Aussie Detox does not collect or store your credit card / financial information.
