ZYDOT Ultimate Blend – A powerful blend of herbs and fibre, formulated to help cleanse your system. Each bottle of Zydot has net weight of 2.0oz, which makes 16 fluid ounces (473ml).
 
Zydot Ultimate Blend is designed as a 1 hour advanced cleansing formula. For optimal results follow these guidelines:
Do not drink large amounts of water several hours before drinking Ultimate Blend.
Do not eat large meal 4 hours before drinking Ultimate Blend, a light meal is okay.
 
The following items should be avoided 24 to 48 hours before drinking Ultimate Blend:
Unnecessary over-the-counter or unprescribed medications
Alcohol
Acidic liquids (such as vinegar, fruit juices, coffee)
Large quantities of vitamins
Salty foods.

If possible try to drink ZYDOT Ultimate after you have been awake for 4 to 5 hours.
